Job Description
Reports to: Regional Manager
Job Purpose: To oversee the staffing, training, hiring, disciplinary process, review process, ordering, processing of durable medical equipment orders, financial viability and overall functions of site.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Monitors and coordinates warehouse and delivery vehicle inventory and par levels.
- Schedules driver technician training, orientation, scheduling, performance reviews and supervision.
- Ensures timely execution of deliveries, exchanges and pick-ups.
- Monitors servicing of delivery vehicles.
- Oversees shipping and receiving functions.
- Ensures appropriate scheduling for regular maintenance of DME.
- Ensures proper disinfecting and cleaning of DME.
- Accountable for all financial aspects of site, i.e. accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll functions.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information to regional manager.
- Develop and create ideas that will assist upper management.
- Must be service oriented with excellent telephone skills and communication skills.

Specific Job Skills:
- Oversees the daily job functions (including management of overtime, scheduling of time off and replacement of call offs) of drivers, dispatchers and other team members.
- Oversees coordination of orders for delivery/pick up/exchange of DME in a timely manner.
- Ensures training and appropriate performance of all staff supervised.
- Ensures daily DME orders and deliveries/pick-up/exchanges are documented properly and quality assurance forms are monitored with appropriate intervention when necessary as well as documentation on all "Logs".
- Creates daily reports and employee schedules as needed.
- Capable of delivering and setting up DME.
- Must understand and be able to operate all programs used by drivers and dispatchers (i.e. Map Point, GPS system, inventory barcode scanning, inventory system, StateServ website).
- Oversees payroll functions, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Ensure timely performance reviews, merit reviews, and submission of all changes of status to payroll department.
- Assists in orientation and training process.
- Any duties as determined by the regional manager.
